These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on lineacraft.shop or by quotation with LINEACRAFT SARL (“LINEACRAFT”) by any individual or legal entity (“the Customer”). They are drawn up in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection and Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Products
LINEACRAFT designs and builds wood, metal and upholstered furniture in its Agadir workshop. Products are presented with their essential characteristics (reference dimensions, materials). Unless stated otherwise, most models are made to order and can be adapted (dimensions, wood species, colours, fabrics). As wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain and colour compared with the visuals are normal and are not a defect.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (20% VAT), for the reference dimensions. They exclude delivery and installation unless stated otherwise. Any made-to-measure adaptation is subject to a quotation. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed or the one in the accepted quotation (validity stated on the quotation).
3. Orders
Orders can be placed online (cart and checkout), by quotation request, by e-mail or by WhatsApp. For items made to order or to measure, the order becomes firm once the Customer approves the quotation or summary (dimensions, finishes, lead time, price) and, where applicable, pays the agreed deposit. LINEACRAFT sends an order confirmation by e-mail or message and reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or order placed in bad faith.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer: bank details are provided with the order; the order is processed once the transfer is received;
- Cash on delivery: depending on the area and the type of order;
- any other method offered at checkout.
For made-to-measure orders, a deposit may be requested on confirmation; its amount and the balance schedule are stated on the quotation. The balance is payable no later than delivery. Products remain the property of LINEACRAFT until the price has been paid in full.
5. Manufacturing and delivery lead times
The manufacturing lead time is stated on the product page or quotation and runs from order confirmation (and receipt of the deposit, where applicable). Delivery, installation and workshop pick-up arrangements are described on our Delivery & installation page. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer is informed and may, as provided by law, request cancellation and a refund of the sums paid.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 36 of Law No. 31-08, consumers have 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Under Article 38 of the same law, this right does not apply to goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (chosen dimensions, wood species, colours or fabrics). 7. Warranties
Products are covered by the statutory warranty against defects and hidden defects (Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts, Articles 549 et seq., and Law No. 31-08), as well as the warranty described on our Warranty & care page.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to contact@lineacraft.ma or by WhatsApp on +212 754 299 380, quoting the order number. LINEACRAFT will respond as quickly as possible.
9. Personal data
Data collected with an order is required to process it and is handled in accordance with Law No. 09-08 and our privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Agadir, without prejudice to jurisdiction rules protecting consumers.
LINEACRAFT may amend these terms at any time; the terms in force on the date of the order apply.
