Unequipped
From 3,500 MAD excl. VAT / m²
Structure, insulated envelope, timber cladding, roof and exterior joinery. You handle the interior fit-out.
Turnkey
From 6,000 MAD excl. VAT / m²
The fully fitted bungalow: bathroom, kitchen, electrics, plumbing and interior finishes. Ready to move in.
Prices exclude VAT (20% added) and are based on the living area. Land, foundations, utility connections and deck are assessed per site.

Good to know
How is the budget calculated?
Living area (length × width) multiplied by the package rate: 3,500 MAD excl. VAT/m² unequipped or 6,000 MAD excl. VAT/m² turnkey. A 45 m² turnkey bungalow therefore comes to 270,000 MAD excl. VAT.
Which structures do you offer?
Timber frame or light steel frame, with solid wood cladding. The choice depends on the site and use.
Is the estimate final?
No, it is indicative. The final price is set after a site study and drawing approval.
