Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains when a product can be returned or refunded, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection.
1. Right of withdrawal – 7 days
For standard products (sold in their catalogue dimensions and finishes, without customisation), you have 7 days from receipt to tell us you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason.
2. Excluded products
Under Article 38 of Law No. 31-08, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- furniture made to measure or to your specifications (chosen dimensions, wood species, colour, fabric or configuration);
- clearly personalised products (engraving, logo, specific adaptation);
- products that have been installed or assembled on site, or used.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defect or non-conformity (see section 5).
3. Return conditions
- the product must be complete, unused, unassembled (except as needed for inspection) and in its original packaging;
- returns are arranged with LINEACRAFT to the workshop address: Zone A2, Plot 56, Tassila Industrial Zone, 80000 Agadir;
- return costs are borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective, damaged on delivery or does not match the order.
4. Procedure
- Contact us by e-mail (contact@lineacraft.ma) or WhatsApp (+212 754 299 380) with your order number and the product concerned.
- We confirm whether the return is accepted and agree the arrangements with you (drop-off at the workshop or collection).
- On receipt, the product is inspected by our workshop.
5. Defective, damaged or non-conforming products
Please check your order on delivery and note any visible issue on the delivery note. Report any damage or non-conformity to us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos. After inspection, LINEACRAFT will repair, replace the part or product, or refund, as appropriate, at no cost to the Customer.
6. Refunds
If a withdrawal is accepted, LINEACRAFT refunds the sums paid within 15 days at the latest of receiving the returned product (Article 37 of Law No. 31-08), by bank transfer or using the original payment method. Delivery and installation charges that were invoiced and actually performed may be deducted.
7. Cancellation before manufacturing
A made-to-measure order can be cancelled free of charge as long as manufacturing has not started. Once manufacturing has begun, the deposit may be retained to cover costs incurred (materials and work already done), as set out in the quotation.
