LINEACRAFT SARL takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Orders and customer account: name, delivery and billing address, phone, e-mail, order history;
- Quotation requests and contact: contact details, project description, dimensions, photos or plans you send us;
- WhatsApp, phone or e-mail exchanges about your request;
- Technical data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies (see section 7).
We do not collect any card or bank data on the website: payment is by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
3. Purposes
- processing orders, quotations, deliveries, installation and after-sales service;
- answering your requests and contacting you about your project;
- meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations;
- keeping the website secure and working properly;
- with your consent, sending you news and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
4. Recipients
Your data is intended for LINEACRAFT. Solely for the purposes of your order, it may be shared with our partner carriers and installers, our bank, our hosting provider (Hostinger) and technical service providers bound by confidentiality. It is never sold.
5. Retention
- customer and order data: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the statutory retention period for accounting records (10 years);
- quotation requests that did not lead to an order: 3 years from last contact;
- cookies: 13 months maximum.
6. Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08, you have the right of access, rectification and objection on legitimate grounds, and the right to object to marketing. To exercise them, write to contact@lineacraft.ma with proof of identity. You may also contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP).
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work:
- cart and checkout (WooCommerce): remember the products added and the order session;
- language (Polylang): remembers your chosen language (FR, AR, EN);
- login: keep you signed in to your account;
- security: protection against abuse.
These cookies are essential and are not used for advertising. If audience-measurement or advertising tools are added in future, they will only be set with your consent and this page will be updated. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; some features (cart, language) may then stop working.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page.
