Every LINEACRAFT piece is built and inspected in our Agadir workshop, and we remain at your side after delivery.
Statutory warranty
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty against defects and hidden defects provided by the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts (Articles 549 et seq.) and Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection. It covers manufacturing or material defects that make the product unfit for its intended use.
Workshop warranty
In addition, LINEACRAFT guarantees the structure, assembly and hardware (hinges, runners, gas struts) of its furniture against manufacturing defects. The duration of this warranty is stated on your quotation or invoice.
Exclusions
- normal wear and tear (wood patina, wear of fabrics and leather, everyday scratches);
- damage caused by misuse, impact, overloading, excessive humidity, direct heat or prolonged sun exposure;
- modifications, disassembly or repairs carried out by third parties;
- natural variations in wood colour and grain, and slight movement of solid wood due to changes in humidity.
Making a claim
Contact us at contact@lineacraft.ma or on WhatsApp (+212 754 299 380) with your order number, a description and photos. After diagnosis, we repair, replace the part or replace the product.
Care tips
- Solid wood and veneer: dust with a soft dry cloth; avoid harsh household cleaners. For oiled finishes, apply a maintenance oil once or twice a year.
- Lacquer and melamine: wipe with a slightly damp cloth then dry; avoid abrasive sponges.
- Fabrics: vacuum regularly; blot stains quickly with a damp cloth, without rubbing.
- Leather: dust and nourish with a suitable balm twice a year; keep away from heat sources.
- Metal: damp cloth then dry; near the sea, regular cleaning limits the effect of salt.
- General: use trivets and coasters, and keep furniture away from radiators and direct sunlight.
Beyond the warranty
Our workshop also repairs, refurbishes and reupholsters your furniture after the warranty period, on quotation.
